Remedy User 8.0

Remedy User is the classic desktop client for the Remedy Action Request System (AR System) from Remedy, a BMC Software Company. It provides a fast, form-based interface for creating, viewing, and updating records across Remedy-powered applications, including service desk, change management, asset tracking, and custom workflows. Designed for analysts, managers, and administrators, it delivers reliable access to AR System data and automation in environments that prefer a native client.
